This feature was exclusively part of a joke version and is not currently planned for addition to regular Minecraft.
Sharing is a joke effect exclusive to Java Edition 15w14a which replaces the data value of the Weakness effect.
Effect
Sharing causes mobs to drop random items in a random amount of time. The loot table used is the same as that of a Mineshaft chest. The items are:
Bread
Coal
Diamonds
Gold Ingots
Iron Horse Armor
Iron Ingots
Iron Pickaxes
Lapis Lazuli
Melon Seeds
Pumpkin Seeds
Rails
Redstone
Saddles
The effect can be removed by drinking milk.

Issues relating to "Sharing" are not maintained on the bug tracker because it is an April Fools' joke, and is therefore not in the newest stable version or snapshot. Issues reported there are closed as "Invalid".
