What each of the 13 villager professions buys and sells at every level from Novice to Master, plus every Wandering Trader offer — with max uses, villager XP and the offer chances for Java and Bedrock Edition.
An unemployed villager takes the profession of an unclaimed job site block near it — a Lectern makes a Librarian, a Composter a Farmer. As long as you have not traded with it yet, breaking the block lets it pick a new profession, so you can re-roll its offers.
Every profession has five levels: Novice, Apprentice, Journeyman, Expert and Master. Each trade gives the villager experience, and every new level unlocks more offers. Once a trade reaches its max uses, the villager restocks it at its job site block — up to twice a day.
The Wandering Trader has no profession, job site or levels: it appears near players for a limited time and sells rare blocks, plants and dyes for emeralds.
