History
Nico's party was helping Sapphire clean up somebody's failed creeper farm when they were quickly overwhelmed by the amount of creepers that had built up. Worried about a nearby village, Nico told Sapphire to destroy the entire farm at once and let the creepers fall; using the gunpowder from creepers that died during cleanup, he crafted firework rockets, which he used to make Rocket Boots.
Putting them on, Nico flew from one creeper to the next, killing them all before they reached the ground.[1]
