Netherite scrap is a material smelted from ancient debris, which is found in the Nether. It is used solely for crafting netherite ingots. Like all netherite-related items, it is resistant to fire and lava in item form.
Obtaining
Netherite scrap can be smelted from ancient debris found in between Y levels 8-119, or most commonly between Y levels 8-24[Java Edition only] or 8-23[Bedrock Edition only] in the Nether. It can also be found in chests within bastion remnants scattered about.
