"5" refers to both a song composed by Samuel Åberg, and a music disc that plays the song when inserted in a jukebox. The music disc is obtained from crafting with disc fragments.
Previews of tracks in Minecraft have been shortened to 30 seconds on this wiki in accordance with fair use rationale. "11" and "Magnetic Circuit" are exempt from this.
"5" begins with static and a warped noise. After a moment of silence, there is the sound of a flint and steel lighting, fire, a bat, and then walking. The walking becomes heavier and metallic. The sound stops with sounds of breathing followed by an Endersent's roar, which warps into soft, relaxing music. The music soon transitions back to the sound of footsteps, followed by lava bubbling and amethyst. A warped noise and a sculk shrieker can be heard activating, and a silverfish hissing. There is then a coughing sound, some metallic and stone and sand sounds, and another warped noise.
Then, after a moment of silence, a heartbeat begins with rising static in the background. There are then sounds of deepslate, along with strange noises building up and abruptly stopping. A crescendo of overlapping warped sounds is followed then dies down. The footsteps begin again, but much quieter than before. A sculk sensor then clicks, and a warden roars. The warden's roar warps and slows down, and then the disc ends.
The rarity of music disc "5" has been changed from "Rare" to "Uncommon".

Trivia
Music disc "5" is the only music disc that can be crafted. According to Brandon Pearce, the disc was split up into shards in order to create a task for the player to concentrate on, encouraging them to engage with the stealth gameplay and to have a small distraction from the horror of the Deep Dark.[1]
In music disc "5", there are some sounds taken from Minecraft Dungeons of the Endersent , the Vengeful Heart of Ender, and relating to an enderman .
