Trivia
- In 1.17, chiseled deepslate was spelled "Chiselled Deepslate", a departure from the normal US English spelling.
- Chiseled Deepslate is one of the few chiseled blocks that doesn't resemble a specific mob.[1]
- It does appear to resemble singers or echo golems from Minecraft Dungeons II, which were introduced later, and have direct connections to ancient cities, where chiseled deesplate is naturally found, through the Deep Dark Portal. One possible explanation is that the singer's face was based on the chiseled deepslate face instead of the other way around.
