Armadillo scutes are items dropped by armadillos and can also be obtained by using a brush. They can be used to craft wolf armor, which can be equipped on wolves to protect them from damage.

Using an armadillo scute on a wolf wearing wolf armor restores 8 points of the armor's durability. Repairing wolf armor using armadillo scutes in an anvil restores 16 points of the armor's durability.
