Spooky Silver

Spooky Silver is a re-implementation of the Silver from Spooky Structures, originally a part of that mod. However, the two parts of the mod are disconnected enough, that it made sense to move this into its own project for two reasons:

1. The Silver used in Spooky Structures can really be any Silver, not this custom implementation.
2. If you want the Silver and not the structures, with the previous configuration that was impossible.
