TortMod (PastryCraft)

Description

TortMod - A mod where cakes are more than just food.

NOTE: A version for Minecraft 1.21.1 (Forge) is currently in development!

This mod adds many new cakes to Minecraft. You can get them in two ways: by mining new cake ores that generate in the world, or by crafting them from vanilla items.

Each cake does something different when you eat it.

A few examples:

• Magic Cake: Teleports you to a random spot in a large area, like a Chorus Fruit. If the teleport works, you get Speed and Absorption for a short time.
• TNT Cake: When you eat it, a lit TNT block appears where you were standing.
• Ender Pearl Cake: Gives a one-time effect that saves you from falling into the void.
• Redstone Cake: For a short time, you give off a redstone signal that can power nearby mechanisms.
• Carrot Cake: A craftable cake that gives you the Haste effect.

Features:

• Over 50 different cakes.
• New ores that generate in the Overworld, Nether, and The End.
• A crafting system for non-ore cakes. You make flour, then a dough cake, and use it as a base to craft with carrots, potatoes, etc.
• A few new status effects, like Magnetism (pulls items) and Gold Rush (makes piglins neutral).
