Better Steel for 1.19.4+ (For NeoForge)

Do you ever struggle to get enough steel for your factories? Me too, so I made this mod to make steel easier to obtain, independent of any other mod (except Lemon Core).
It's a few simple steps:

1. Mine Iron and Manganese ore to get Raw Iron and Raw Manganese
2. Smelt the Raw Iron and Raw Manganese into Iron Ingots and Manganese Ingots
3. Turn the Iron Ingots and Manganese Ingots into Iron Dust and Manganese Dust with an Ore Crushing Hammer
4. Combine the Iron Dust and Manganese Dust to get Steel Dust
5. Smelt the Steel Dust to get a Steel Ingot!

This mod is inspired by Metallurgy and Metallurgy 4: Reforged.
