Late-game Fuel

Description

adds a new fuel source, basically just coal but now its in the nether (and its better) (also did i mention its fuel)

also i'll probably port this up to newer versions so theres that too

mod just made for a modpack im making for a friend, but feel free to use this in your own modpack or something.
