Noticed a lack of mods that touch on healing without natural regeneration, so I made this up quickly to shove in a modpack. Thought maybe some other people would find this useful, so here you go.
Only two bandages right now, might change, might not. Will probably update to later versions eventually, though.
Basic design for this is to fit in Minecraft as is without making it too modern or historical, but still working in either stage regardless, if put in a modpack.
Quick Mend Bandage heals 25% of your health with a 15 second interval until you can use it again, inflicting mild weakness and slowness, intended for use in the middle of combat or such.
Restorative Bindings heal 66% (50% as of 0.9.1) of your health with a 60 second interval until you can use it again, inflicting average weakness and slowness, intended for use out of combat or such.
(as of 0.9.1) Splints which give you a 5 minute long effect that acts as a slower form of regeneration, healing a total of 15 hearts or 30 points by the end, in turn giving you heavy slowness and mild weakness.
(as of 0.9.2) Bandage Patch which allows you to heal other mobs or players for 10% of their health, giving them 5 seconds of mild slowness, with no cooldown. The effects will probably change next update.
Future versions, if I get to that point, may have more drastic side effects. Depends on how much time I want to waste on this mod.
