Group / Ungroup is a joke item exclusive to 26w14a.
Obtaining
It is automatically obtained and appears in the hotbar when the player starts up a world. It also appears in the hotbar after the player dies.
Usage
The Group / Ungroup item allows a player to group living blocks/items for any of the player’s shenanigans.

Issues
Issues relating to "Group / Ungroup" are not maintained on the bug tracker because it is an April Fools' joke, and is therefore not in the newest stable version or snapshot. Issues reported there are closed as "Invalid".
