CdrDimensionGuard is a lightweight Paper plugin designed to completely block player access to the Nether and The End.
Unlike a simple portal blocker, CdrDimensionGuard protects dimension access from multiple teleport methods. Players are prevented from entering blocked dimensions through portals, commands, End Gateways, spectator teleportation, or other plugins.
Even server operators are blocked by default. There is no OP bypass.

How It Works
CdrDimensionGuard does not disable the Nether or The End itself.
The dimensions can remain enabled and loaded by the server, while player access is completely restricted.

The same protection applies to The End.
Failsafe Protection
CdrDimensionGuard uses multiple protection layers.
1. Teleport attempts are blocked before the player changes dimensions.
2. If another plugin or mechanic somehow moves the player into a blocked dimension, the plugin automatically returns them to their last safe location.
3. A watchdog provides an additional recovery layer for players detected inside restricted dimensions.
4. Players who reconnect while located inside a blocked dimension are automatically recovered.
Installation
1. Stop your server.
2. Place CdrDimensionGuard.jar inside the plugins folder.
3. Start the server.
4. Verify that CdrDimensionGuard is enabled in the console.
No additional plugins are required.

Blocked Dimensions
By default:
• Nether
• The End
The plugin detects dimensions using their Minecraft world environment rather than relying only on world names.
This means custom worlds using the NETHER or THE_END environment can also be protected.
Important
CdrDimensionGuard is designed as a hard dimension lock.
Operators do not automatically bypass the restriction, making it suitable for servers where dimensions must remain inaccessible until a progression system, event, season, or administrator decision unlocks them.
