-Added quartz_ore block
-Quart ore generates in rare veins with size up to 32 blocks, between y 0 to 64. It has better drop rates than nether_quartz.
-Below the lava surface between y 0 to 8 generates much more redstone ore.
-These ores generate in every dimension with vanilla stone generation.
For example these ores generate in the Middleearth dimension in Lotr Renewed mod.
This use was the original intended, but this mod is independent from the lotr mod.
-The important difference between this mod and overworld quartz mods is, that this mod also adds more redstone_ore generation.
