Adds 4 new time control remotes to the game, each of them allow you to modify time differently.

Time Control Remote: Allows you to make time go twice as fast or 50% normal speed

Slow Motion Remote: Allows you to make time go four times slower

Fast Motion Remote: Allows you to make time go four times faster

Matrix Remote: Best and coolest remote of all, allows you time make time go ten time slower while you still run at a normal speed!
