Ruby Tools and armour!

Description

Introduces a new jewel that is even rarer than diamond called the ruby witch can be used to craft new powerful tools!

Crafting recipes are the same as the armour and tools crafting recipe in vanilla Minecraft.

(Requires Minecraft Java Edition and Forge 1.15.2)
