Nether Tar is a mod that adds tar to the nether. It's very sticky and will prevent movement. Howver, it can be broken and drops tar blocks when a hoe is use to break it. Use the drops as a fuel, or combine 4 of the drop into bitumen, used in an alternate concrete recipe requiring 8 bitumen and 1 dye (except black concrete, that's made with 9 bitumen instead)
