This is an expensive mod and still in progress.
The portal block is made by surrounding a diamond block with diamonds in the corners and emeralds in the top middle, bottom middle, left middle, and right middle.
The portal tool is made by putting a portal block in the middle of the crafting table, and putting obsidian on the top and bottom.
Light the portal, and go!
