Frame Void Patch patches MC-59363, where if you right and left click on an empty item frame at the same time while holding an item, your held item will be voided.

This mod simply makes the item frame interaction check if the item frame is actually alive, before attempting to place the held item in it and remove the held item from the player's inventory.
