Backports the Bedrock Minecraft command "/clearspawnpoint"

This command allows a server operator to clear a specified player's spawnpoint so when they respawn it acts as if they are freshly spawning in.

Usage:

Clears the specified player's spawnpoint in dimension 0 (Overworld)
"/clearspawnpoint <playername>"

Clears the specified player's spawnpoint in the specified dimension
"/clearspawnpoint <playername> <dimensionid>"

This mod is only needed server-side.
