Finding the Dragon Balls should feel rewarding.
Finding Namekian Dragon Balls or even the legendary Super Dragon Balls should feel even more special.
DragonMineZ – Better Dragon Balls improves high-level Dragon Ball wishes while keeping DragonMineZ's native progression systems intact.
The goal is simple:
Porunga receives a much more useful Training Point reward.
But there is something important:
15,000,000 is the BASE reward.
The addon does not simply inject a fixed final number of TP.
Instead, it uses DragonMineZ's native TP Wish system.
That means compatible DragonMineZ TP bonuses can still apply normally.
Super Shenron is supposed to be one of the most powerful wish-granting beings in Dragon Ball.
His Training Point reward reflects that.
Just like Porunga, this uses DragonMineZ's native TP reward pipeline.
So depending on your character and installed progression addons, your actual reward can be significantly higher.
This is one of the most important parts of the addon.
Better Dragon Balls does not simply calculate its own final TP value and force it onto the player.
The addon uses DragonMineZ's native TP Wish system.
This allows other compatible systems to continue working.
For example:
🔥 DragonMineZ TP bonuses
⚡ Training multipliers
📈 Progression bonuses
💪 Battle Power TP Multiplier
can still influence the final reward naturally.
Super Shenron also receives a proper late-game Potential progression path.
Instead of stopping at one unlock, your Potential can progress through multiple stages.
⬇️
⬇️
The addon checks your current Potential progression before granting the next stage.
If you are below 150%
➡️ Your next wish can unlock 150%
If you already have 150%
➡️ Your next wish progresses to 175%
If you already have 175%
➡️ Your next wish progresses to 200%
If you already have 200%
➡️ There is no unnecessary additional Potential stage.
Dragon Block Noea contains its own progression involving the 150% Potential stage.
Better Dragon Balls recognizes that.
So if Noea already gave you the equivalent 150% progression, the addon does not unnecessarily force you through the same unlock again.
Instead, your next valid progression can continue toward:
and eventually:
The addon integrates with supported Super Shenron Wish menus and modifies the relevant wish progression without unnecessarily replacing unrelated Noea systems.
The goal is to improve:
💰 TP rewards
⚡ Potential progression
🌌 High-level wishes
while leaving unrelated Super Shenron abilities alone.
When multiple addons modify Dragon Ball wishes, duplicate or conflicting entries can sometimes appear.
Better Dragon Balls includes logic to avoid unnecessary duplicate TP wishes.
Instead of showing multiple versions of nearly the same reward, the addon attempts to keep the intended upgraded wish available cleanly.
Potential progression is stored through compatible DragonMineZ progression data.
Your advancement does not disappear simply because you:
🚪 Log out
🔄 Restart Minecraft
🔄 Restart the server
💾 Reload the world
Better Dragon Balls is designed to cooperate with:
Because the TP wishes use DragonMineZ's native reward path, compatible TP multipliers can still affect the final reward.
For example:
Base reward:
15,000,000 TP
Your actual reward may become higher depending on your active TP bonuses.
Base reward:
30,000,000 TP
Again, compatible native progression multipliers can increase the final amount.
Noea 1.2.0 significantly changed Super Shenron Immortality / Critical Recovery.
Better Dragon Balls does not intentionally change those mechanics.
It does not modify:
❤️ Critical HP Recovery
🛡️ Protection duration
⏱️ Critical Recovery cooldown
💫 Stun clearing
⚡ Ki behavior
🏃 Stamina behavior
♾️ Immortality mechanics
This addon focuses on wishes, TP rewards and Potential progression.
DMZ Plus is supported as an optional addon.
Compatible Super Shenron / Super Dragon Ball implementations can receive the improved wish behavior without making DMZ Plus mandatory.
The addon includes localization support for:
🇬🇧 English
🇩🇪 German
Minecraft: 1.20.1
Forge: 47.4.10+
Java: 17
DragonMineZ: 2.1.3+
Dragon Block Noea: Optional
DMZ Plus: 1.1.6+ / Optional
Newer DragonMineZ, Noea and DMZ Plus versions are intentionally allowed instead of being blocked purely because their version number changed.
This should prevent small addon updates from unnecessarily disabling the mod.
However, if one of these mods changes important internal classes, networking, wish systems or APIs in the future, another compatibility update may eventually be required.
