This resource pack requires an emissive-texture supporting mod to display the glow effect. The pack will NOT glow natively without one.
Continuity is required.
If you are using Sodium, you may also need Indium depending on your setup.
OptiFine is required.
Alternatively, you can use another mod that supports Emissive Textures.

Make sure Emissive Textures is enabled in your Minecraft Video Settings / Quality Settings.
