Fixes Quests resetting items with Air, Apples, Zombie x100, quests changing position to 0,0, quests sometimes deleting themselves

Attribute Limiter Limits allows limiting certian attributes like speed, jumpboost, mining speed, from 1 item.
Adds some small client side tweaks to ae2, was made for 1.20.1 but we will see.
