This plugin makes it possible to sleep with only 50% of the players in their beds. It uses some events and doesn't work in the traditional Minecraft way, so there may be quite a few bugs and it may not work properly. Therefore, if this plugin is public, it's because the moderators tested it and it worked. (Extra information: I haven't tested it due to a lack of players...)
