Allows discerning server administrators to change the way items drop on player deaths.
SelectiveDeathDrops, put simply, allows server administrators to configure a whitelist of items that are able to drop and items that will persist through player respawns. This is especially handy if running with a mini-game plugin which doesn't want item drops.
The configuration is simple and consists of only two permission values: 'always_drop' and 'always_keep'. These both take item ID's which can be found here. Items that are not in always_drop will not drop on a players death and items in always_keep will persist in the players inventory (the player will respawn with them). Items that are in both lists will be duplicated. Warnings are sent to console on each duplicate to alert you in-case you did this accidentally. A default configuration can be found here.
