NerdChat is an extremely bare-bones, simple plugin intended to separate all world chats unless you have one specific permission. There are no commands, only the one permission, and there will be no additional features later on.
This plugin was created to address the issue with most other "simple" chat plugins - either they contain far too many features, they aren't updated anymore, or they require you to type some kind of prefix (e.g. !gc My message goes here) in order to type globally. This doesn't do that - if you have the permission, you can hear and be heard across all worlds when you're typing normally. If you don't have the permission, you can only be heard in one world and can only hear one world's chat. Period.
Only bug fixes will be released for this plugin, but because of it's extremely simple nature, updates will be more or less unnecessary aside from major changes in the Bukkit API in the future.
