JoinFlames!

What does it do:

When a player joins the server it plays a cool flame particle effect. Soon enough I'll be adding more effects and sounds!

But for now enjoy the plugin!

There is no sort of configuration or permissions needed, just boot up and watch it work!

The version is untested and may not work, use at your own risk. I recommend backing up your world before installing.
