Item Attributes
Lets you add potion effects to items. Works for bows, snowballs, and Tridents too! Also has a completely modifiable item lore for the effects in the config!
Commands:
/ia add <effect> <level> <time> - Adds the specified effect to the item in your main hand.
/ia remove <effect> - Removes the specified effect to the item in your main hand.
