This is a simple plugin to increase the amount of xp a player receives when killing a mob with a looting sword or mining a block with a fortune pickaxe. The amount of xp is based on the tool's level of fortune/looting enchantment. The formula for the xp calculation is exponential, so the more xp dropped plus the higher the enchantment on the tool will result in more dropped xp.
increasexp.* - Gives you all functionality of the plugin
increasexp.more - Gives you increased xp for tools with fortune/looting
