FmobControl will solve all of your problems. FmobControl is a lightweight plugin that allows you to selectively prevent mobs from spawning. Configuration is easy, all you have to do is list which mobs you don't want to spawn, and voila!
1) Download
2) Drop the .jar file into your plugins folder
3) Reload the server.
4) Configure. A configuration file will be automatically generated with instructions for use.
