With the Endersack plugin, you will be able to open Ender Chests on the go. Just use the Endersack command or right click with an Ender Chest in hand, accidentally right click a block with the Ender Chest? If there's a block occupying the space, such as; a torch, lever, player, etc. It will open the Endersack for you. This plugin requires SparkzzCore.
