World Gen Tweaker

World Gen Tweaker allows users to modify vanilla and mod biomes through a simple scripting language. You can change biome height, hilliness, temperature, rainfall, water color, water fog color, and fog color. Eventually you will be able to create new biomes through the scripting language alone.
