Inspired by the efforts of the devs of the Dew Drop project!
When crops grow, they now perform a small check to see if they are on moist farmland - if the farmland is not moist, the crops begin to slowly regress in growth! If you leave them alone for too long, they might decay away entirely!
This also includes small, non-invasive particles for readability to show when crops are growing and when they are regressing!
Lastly, you can now use the gamerule "CropDeathRate" to set the chances of crops dying!
If CropDeathRate is set to zero, this will disable crop death entirely without disabling crops regressing.
Beyond that, the closer this number is to 1, the higher the chance that a crop will perish if left alone unwatered.
