The mod adds new blocks - Frames. Frame blocks are crafted from any four planks and five pallets on a workbench. Their advantage is that they can be placed in mid-air and filled with water or any solid blocks. Also, if you hold down Shift and place a block in the air, it will land further than usual! If you place any block in the dispenser and there's a frame block nearby, when you activate the dispenser, the frame block will be replaced with the one in the dispenser. Please note! The lever and buttons only work if they are ON the dispenser.
