The Buffoon - is a mod that adds a dweller jester to your Minecraft world.

This mod will add a terrifying creature thirsting for your death to your game: The Buffoon. He'll wander the world, and if he spots you, he'll chase you and try to kill you. His identity and origins are unknown, but he's known to enjoy April Fools' Day.
He behaves like all Dwellers-climbing walls, breaking down doors, and so on.
He also appears either in caves or rarely on the surface, as legends say he lived in caves, which is why his skin turned gray, almost black, and he went mad. They say the villagers banished him to the cave because of his stupid jokes. But other legends say that he is actually a robot who, due to a malfunction and bad jokes, was thrown deep into a cave... Which of them is true is still unknown.
But most who encountered him thought... No! THEY DIDNT'T EVEN HAVE TIME TO THINK AND WERE KILLED!
