The Galvanized Module of the Revival of Scalar Utils for 1.19.2

This mod is the Galvanized Module of Scalar Utils 4 which adds a bunch of new AOE tools 

Features:

- Excavators (3x3 Shovels) for all Vanilla Toolsets

- Hammers (3x3 Pickaxes) for all Vanilla Toolsets

and

- Bores (5x5 Excavator/Hammer Hybrid) for all Vanilla Toolsets

The mod is loosely inspired by Tinker's Construct.
