Patches blocks from other mods that use minecraft water to use salt water.

• Makes Biomes o' Plenty Coral Reef biome to use any Material.WATER block instead of hardcoded vanilla water.
• Makes Dynamic Trees BoP Mangroove Generator generate regular water instead of vanilla water.
