A very simple mod that makes a POST request to a webhook after server has started.
Config file is in world folder/serverconfig/restartwebhook.toml
Configurable message, multiple webhooks and a timer.
Supports Discord and Slack. Possibly other apps as well (by default sends {"content":"Message"} JSON)
