Repair Gem

This mod adds a gem that when in inventory, slowly repairs damaged items in the holder's inventory.

I am aware that this item is similar to an item in another mod (the repairing ability); however, not all players want the full functionality of the mod mentioned above but would still like the repairing item part, thus the creation of this mod.
