Use case: Mob Spawners -> too much equipment + :( + (optional RepairChest Mod) + Recycle Chest mod -> Profit!

1. Open chest

2. Put equipment in

3. close chest

- Recycling happens on chest close

4. materials instead of equipment

It does have a "lost" of a couple of materials to prevent people from using this to have infinite durability equipment
