RAINBOW OAKS is back. This mod is a port of the 1.12 version of this mod:

There are config options for rarity, spread, as well as biomes

A note on the config -- input the registry names of biomes as a list of strings, such as ["minecraft:flower_forest", "minecraft:plains", "minecraft:wooded_hills"]
