Genst II is the LOTR Mod addon, a reimagining and alternative creation to the my old "Genstructures Official" project.
Both projects have the same goal - to make the Lord of the Rings waypoints not a void, but real villages, towns and castles.
Genstructures are not updated for many years, have no loot and mobs, unsuitable for survival, cripple chunks, conflict with mods, hard to put on servers and weigh 4 gigabytes. But they look like canonical locations from books and movies. All in all, they are beautiful, large-scale decor for atmospherics and trailers.
Genst II weights less than 3 megabytes, its fixed structures are suitable for survival, are populated with mobs and have loot, do not cripple chunks, do not conflict with mods, easy to put on servers. But they are not very similar to canonical places - just an abstract city or fortress on the point. And also sometimes in this place is a forest or hills, and then with the relief in the structure will be fun. All in all, they're just normal inhabited villages for survival.
