Adds compatibility to Productive Trees so the logs can be processed by Mekanism sawmills. May add additional compatibility/integrations upon request.

UPDATE: IF you have productive trees version 0.5.2+ this mod is no longer needed as compatibility is now included by default. This mod is only required for version before 0.5.2 of productive trees.
