Powered Elytra adds a new elytra that is powered by energy instead of durability.
You can also boost yourself without firework rockets by using hte space key (configurable).
new elytra can be added by creating additional files in /config/glasspanemods/custom_elytra, see the default file for an example. You can cinfigure the energy capacity and costs, and whether or not the elytra can use the space booster or firework rockets to boost.
You can also assign a custom texture for the elytra wings, along with adding a custom item model to the /resources directory in your minecraft folder.
