PotA - Numismatic KeepInventory Compat is a small Fabric compatibility mod created for the Path of the Ascended: Perfected modpack.
Numismatic Overhaul normally applies its `moneyDropPercentage` gamerule through Minecraft's normal inventory-loss death path. When `keepInventory` is enabled, that vanilla path is skipped, so the player's Numismatic purse can avoid the intended death penalty.
This mod restores that behaviour. On a true player death while `keepInventory=true`, it reads Numismatic Overhaul's existing `moneyDropPercentage` gamerule, converts the appropriate amount of purse currency into physical Numismatic currency at the death location, and only then updates the purse balance.
The mod deliberately stays narrow. It does not alter ordinary inventory retention, loose coin items, Money Bags, Piggy Banks, XP, stamina, or any other death mechanic. When `keepInventory=false`, Numismatic Overhaul remains fully responsible for its normal death handling.
