Cinematic Fly-inspired travel, with optional native Cobblemon Pokémon rendering.
Pokemon Fly Transitions transforms supported teleports into cinematic Fly-inspired journeys instead of instant location changes.
Your camera pulls away as the player is carried off, the teleport happens during the transition, and the animation brings you smoothly back down at your destination.
With Cobblemon 1.8.1+, the mod can go even further by rendering a compatible flying Pokémon from your actual party using Cobblemon's native 3D model system.
Cobblemon remains completely optional. Without it, Pokemon Fly Transitions automatically uses its built-in flying bird visual.
/home, /warp, /spawn, /tp and similar teleport systems./pft animation.Pokemon Fly Transitions is designed to enhance supported travel systems without taking control of every teleport in the game.
Current integrations include:
Unknown or unrelated teleport sources remain untouched by default.
Normal portals, death, respawning, Ender Pearls, Chorus Fruit and standard vanilla dimension travel are not converted into Fly transitions.
Client and server options are kept separate.
Players can adjust the cinematic camera and choose between:
Server owners can control command transitions, Waystones, map teleportation, cross-dimension travel, Pokémon requirements, ignored commands, transition protection and diagnostics.
