PlayerMap adds an authorization-gated Admin Player Map item for Minecraft 1.16.5 Forge servers. Opening it shows live player positions across the Overworld, the Nether, and the End, with per-player details including health, gamemode, ping, and dimension.
Right-click any player on the map for moderation actions: teleport to them, bring them to you, spectate, switch their gamemode, kick, or send a private message, direct message, or server broadcast. Scanning is tick-budgeted with zero idle overhead, and persistence runs off-thread, so the map costs nothing while it is closed. Configuration can be reloaded live with a command.
