Features:
1) Reduce noise lag, and make noise more visible by instead of using, tons of noise files only using 1.
2) Removes regular mipmap and adds my own that has no performance drop.
3) Enforce using arm if on arm capable devices.
4) Disables non-modded shaders and non-modded ambient occlusion.
5) Disables game pauses at lost focus.
6) Changes mod threads to run at lower priority than game threads.
7) Disables an occasional texture leak that can happen regardless of operating system.

Menu mods may reduce some performance gains, due to potentially preventing garbage collections and potentially altering world saving.
