Overgeared Spartan integrates Spartan Weaponry into the Overgeared progression system, converting weapons into a modular crafting and forging workflow.
Instead of crafting weapons instantly, blades, heads, limbs, and other parts must first be created before assembling the final weapon.
This brings Spartan Weaponry equipment fully in line with the Overgeared progression philosophy.
Stone weapon parts are crafted using rock knapping recipes, allowing primitive weapons to be shaped from stone before being assembled.
This adds an early-game crafting stage where stone weapons must be carefully formed before they can be used.
Higher tier materials are produced through Overgeared forging recipes.
Forging recipes are added for:
Weapon blades, heads, limbs, and other components must be forged before the final weapon can be crafted.
Steel weapons can be upgraded using the Overgeared Diamond Upgrade Smithing Template, allowing them to transform into their diamond equivalents through the smithing table.
This keeps weapon progression consistent with Overgeared’s upgrade system.
The mod introduces heated nuggets used in forging workflows.
Heated materials include:
These are used to create armor plates and weapon components required for forging Spartan Weaponry equipment.
Arrow recipes are adjusted to ensure they properly use Spartan Weaponry arrow types, keeping ranged combat consistent with the Spartan equipment system.

This addon does not change the core forging, blueprint, or casting mechanics from Overgeared.
